After working in senior roles in central and regional government and after having successfully established and managed business units in environmental and management consultancies, we decided in 2017 to found our own company.

We drew our company name from the awa in our pepeha - the Puhoi River from north of Auckland/Tamaki Makaurau and the Stour River in Dorset.

We believe that if the rivers running through our landscape are healthy and able to support thriving ecologies and economies, our communities will also be in a state of good health.

Our company name serves as a reminder that prosperous economies, robust environments and healthy communities depend on one another.
